A baby girl “Darcey”
A few weeks ago we had a visit from Mr & Mrs Seabrook (Rachael & Stuart). Rachael and Stuart are a very special family to Whispering Hills. Firstly Rachel became our very first (private) wine club member through our Adopt-a-Vine program in January 2004 and gave to Stuart as a wedding gift. This would be their first official document as Mr & Mrs Seabrook. Their recent visit was wonderful, they had come to show us their new addition to the Seabrook family, a beautiful little baby girl ”Darcey” - Thank you so much for the visit we really enjoyed hearing all your news. We hope in many years to come we can watch both Darcey and your Vine grow. All the best from the Lyons Family.

I am off to the Rialto in Melbourne for a tasting of new releases from 06 and 08 vintages. I will post my findings and opinions soon on Twitter and this website.
Our 2009 Bendigo Quartz Block Shiraz: very deep, dark and brooding fruit , but will reveal more over time in the barrel
